Daleville Fit Body Boot Camp is a safe, fast, and effective group workout that only takes 30 minutes. Our members choose the most convenient time to work out based on their schedule. We have multiple sessions that run regularly throughout the day, 6 days a week, so you can come work out before work, around lunch, after work, or even on the weekends…you choose!

We don’t use huge weights or perform big lifts…we specialize in MRT or Metabolic Resistance Training, designed to burn fat and build lean muscle. We perform all exercises on a padded floor, so there’s minimal risk of injury. And here’s a nice little perk we enjoy offering: we flex and modify any part of any workout for anyone…so you get the attention and expertise of a personal trainer without the typical price tag.

While effective fitness programs are essential to your optimal health, we don’t overlook an equally essential factor (often overlooked by other programs): YOUR NUTRITION. Is it an upsell? Nope. Eating programs are included in the program at no extra charge. We want you to be healthy inside and out.
