Hi, I’m Kelly Puckett. I have a passion for helping others. Prior to opening Cedar Hill Fit Body Boot Camp, I was a corporate trainer who traveled a great deal and constantly struggled with my weight. I had been active for most of my life, but with travel and everything I had to do at home, working out fell by the way side. I began to struggle with my weight because I wasn’t working out and was making poor food choices. At that point, I couldn’t fit into my clothes, and I was always tired and irritable. I missed feeling healthy and happy. As I approached the age of 50, I told myself, “Enough is enough…you’re going to make a change!”

Throughout the years, I had tried several different workout programs, but none of them ever stuck. Then I found Fit Body Boot Camp! I thought to myself…”A 30-minute workout…I can do that!!!” I fell in LOVE with the workout on my first visit!!! Soon I began to have more energy, was happier, and started to like the way my clothes fit. I had finally found the workout program for me!
