Through our fitness boot camp, you can boost your energy, ditch the extra weight, and feel great about the way you look — all through 30-minute workouts that are easy to fit into any schedule.
When you sign up for our fitness boot camp, don't expect to just fade into the background. Our Afterburn workouts are intense, immersive, and a whole lot of fun. The group setting provides extra motivation and accountability, especially on those days when you just don't know if you have what it takes. Your fellow boot campers will challenge you, encourage you, and celebrate your successes too.
Of course, you'll also have the support and guidance of our certified personal trainers. Our fitness professionals lead each classes, and are on hand to modify any workout to make sure it suits your fitness level and your individual goals.
We also provide nutrition coaching that works within your budget and lifestyle. Ultimately, we want to make sure you get the most out of every training session, and that means having fun and seeing real results.
Our workouts have been designed to maximize weight loss, build lean muscle, increase energy, and enhance your metabolism for as many as 32 hours after any given session. From one workout to the next, you'll be amazed by what you're able to achieve!
