Our Afterburn method is equal parts High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training. This powerful fusion wastes no time hitting your metabolism hard. With this boost, your body will go to work building lean muscle and burning excess fat for nearly 36 hours after you've left the gym. Now that's a productive half hour!
