About Matt Wilber
In September 2013, I opened my first Fit Body Boot Camp in Grand Haven, MI (my hometown) with the mission to change the lives of the Grand Haven community. My sole goal when we opened was simple: when people were ready to change their life, they would walk through my doors.
Fast forward to today. I’m the proud owner and operator of 10 Fit Body Boot Camps throughout West Michigan. Together, our team of “Fire Breathing Dragons” is changing the lives of thousands of people and we’re just getting started.
My greatest joy in life is seeing our clients transform their bodies and lives! My life’s purpose is to impact our clients’ lives and empower them to reach their health and fitness goals.
Since opening our doors, we’ve helped our clients lose more than 150,000 pounds and inches and we’ve helped more than 200 people lose 50 pounds or more. Many have lost 100+ pounds!
I grew up the token chubby kid and I absolutely hated it. Being overweight fueled me to learn everything I could about living a healthy lifestyle, training, and nutrition. My passion for learning drove me to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State and my Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Western Michigan University.
My team and I have devoted our entire lives to learning everything we can about fitness, fat loss, and changing people’s lives through proper training, nutrition, and coaching and we can help you, too.
