We are SO full of joy to bring a health and fitness product like no other to Boise! Of course, we are talking about Fit Body Boot Camp. This is no ordinary gym! It is a community – a family. And that is why we chose Fit Body Boot Camp. We wanted a place where all are welcome, no matter your fitness level, experience or goals. Our goal and our WHY, is to lift others up and to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves. We believe Fit Body Boot Camp provides a perfect platform to do that.

With that being said, here is a little bit about us…

Rich is a family man just trying to keep up with his amazing wife and their four active kids! He has been a Corporate Controller for the past 12 years, most of which was in the fitness industry.

“I wanted to open Fit Body Boot Camp because I believe everybody deserves to belong to a community that is uplifting and provides a platform to improve quality of life – both physically and mentally. Fit Body Boot Camp checks all those boxes. Also, I truly love the workouts and can’t wait to bring them to our Boise family!” -Rich

Alyssa is a busy mom of 4 kids and also a Real Estate Agent. She was a nurse for 15 years and has a passion for helping others.

“I am excited to bring a new energy to Boise! I want our space to be a place where folks can be inspired and feel comfortable. We all deserve to love ourselves first!” – Alyssa

Optimal health is not just physical. It is also mental, emotional, and social. Our mission is to service each one of those components. We also understand that life gets busy. We are pulled in multiple directions every day. Sadly, workouts can become an easy thing to skip. In fact, we fell victim to that ourselves-becoming “too busy” for self-care or exercise. Then, we discovered Fit Body Boot Camp. And we found that the 30-minute workouts, coupled with the accountability and motivation of the amazing coaches, were the answer to our problem.
