My fitness journey began shortly after high school when I started learning how to work out and fuel my body properly. My confidence and self-esteem continued to grow as I started noticing improvements in my strength, endurance, and body composition. In turn, I fell more and more in love with the lifestyle of being fit and challenging myself to be better every day.

With that being said, this is a lifelong journey and I too have experienced my own bumps in the road along the way.

My mental health slowly started declining during the pandemic, and eventually spiraled into a deep depression. I lost all desire to exercise and eat healthily and really struggled to get back on track both mentally and physically.

I know what it feels like to have no motivation. I know what it feels like to fall off the wagon and struggle to get back into a healthy routine. Most importantly, I know how it feels to feel alone on your journey.

My experiences have fueled my fire to create a community of belonging, where no one feels like they’re alone. A place where everyone feels welcomed, encouraged, and supported to be the best version of themselves. It is my mission to make sure everyone who steps foot in our boot camp feels truly cared for, as building lasting relationships with members is my number one priority! I believe that having a strong source of accountability and support is an extremely helpful component when working towards a goal. I am very passionate and motivated to provide not only accountability, nutrition assistance, & a great fitness workout, but overall support to all of the members and community of Bowling Green Fit Body.
