About Jonathan Ginsberg

Hi! My name is Coach Jonathan Ginsberg. I have had a passion for helping others my entire life, and I love being fit and healthy. I want everyone I meet to experience the feeling of confidence they will get from being physically fit, and I want to help others feel what it is like to truly love their body.

My fitness journey began in 1991 when my big brother got a weight set and the Original favorite: Arnold’s Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. I wanted to be strong like my brother so I began to workout often, not really knowing what I was doing, but loving it nonetheless even at 14 years old.

Fast-forward to when I was 28, baby on the way and I am eating out 3 times a day, during pregnancy I gained 50lbs! Mind you I was not actually the pregnant one. I soon realized I needed to change for my son, so I began my REAL fitness journey and worked very hard to lose 50lbs in 6 months. I have been there, right where some of you are.

Within a few years, I picked up bodybuilding and competed for 8 years. I loved the discipline and the thought of you past my own ability to stretch my self-confidence and physique! Today I love to workout daily, eat right and teach others how to be this happy!

One of my favorite aspects of the fitness community is helping others. It is more fulfilling to build other humans that want change. My mission for the past ten years now, has become training and helping others to reach their full potential and enjoy their healthy lives outside the gym!

I have changed a lot in the last twenty years, but there is one thing that has remained constant: My love of exercise. As I get older, it becomes harder to maintain my ideal body composition, but with the right nutrition and HIIT training I have been able to remain at a high level of health. I really wanted to help others realize their abilities and gain confidence, just as I did, and that is when I found Fit Body Boot Camp. Their dedication to changing the lives of others is perfectly in line with the services I want to provide.

We now bring you Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp, and will strive to provide you the same results as other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results driven fitness studio, and our trainers will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to do what I love, and love what I do. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family. We look forward to helping you in your fitness journey.
