About Abe and Danika Aboud

Hi! We are Abe and Danika Aboud. We are parents, friends, Meridian locals and we LOVE helping others feel their best!

We found our love for fitness about 5 years ago after doing our first HIIT workout and have never looked back! Both of us have a transformation story that, at the heart of it, is about the support, guidance and passion that we have found and received during our journey. We are here now to offer that same support, guidance, passion and FUN to those looking to make their own transformations!

We now bring you North Meridian Fit Body Boot Camp, and will strive to provide you the same results as other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results driven fitness studio, and our coaches will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come! We are so thankful to have the opportunity to do what we love, and love what we do. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family.
