My name is AJ Pope and I am so excited to bring the Fit Body Boot Camp experience to the Norwalk area. I have a desire and passion to help others achieve their fitness and fat-loss goals. In fact, if you’re looking for an affordable boot camp in Norwalk, Connecticut – this is the place for you!

I have always had a deep-rooted love for health and fitness, and it started with my own personal transformation. After struggling to achieve my own goals, I turned to personal trainers to help with the most important factors in one’s fitness journey: nutrition and accountability. It was then when I realized these two powerful tools, put together with a solid workout plan, can show real results.

Now that I have been consistent in the gym, and I know the battle that many face to reach their goals, I am committed to helping all achieve the body and confidence they have always wanted!

My goal is to give the gift of health and fitness to others. As a Fit Body Boot Camp Owner, I’m able to make a huge impact on the community. My team and I have helped thousands of people transform their bodies with 30-minute boot camp sessions, nutrition coaching, and weekly accountability. It’s your one-stop-shop for body transformation.
