We are excited to bring Fit Body Boot Camp to Heber City, Utah.

Hello, we are Jenn and Carl Avery. While working as Emergency and Critical Care Nurses, we have devoted the majority of our lives helping and caring for others. We have seen illness and tragedy affect so many lives, many of which could have been prevented. Caring for people who enter the hospital from circumstances that could have been prevented, and after seeing the many lives who are affected, we started to think of ways to help keep people OUT of THE HOSPITAL. We found FIT BODY BOOT CAMP the Unstoppable Fitness Formula this business offers. We have talked to so many people who’s lives have been changed forever!

Being dedicated to helping others is in our hearts. The passion that drives us to help drive change the lives of those in our community will be magnified through health and fitness. We will create a culture of accountability, delivering results and building a Fitness Family of friends within our community.
