About Shonte’ Moaney

Shonte’ is a certified CPR/AED health and fitness coach who prides herself on being a strong advocate for self-health and wellness. Her services and online methods of resistance training coupled with high intensity interval training (HIIT) have resulted in numerous transformations. Shonte’s areas of expertise are: Functional Training, Running, Weight Lifting, Pilates and Holistic Nutrition.

At the early age of 14, Shonte’ battled an emotional eating disorder. After binge eating, she would spend 2 hours working out to Billy Blanks Taebo video series while performing 500 crunches daily. During this time, Shonte’ witnessed her late-grandmother lose a battle to diabetes resulting in several amputations. Thereafter, Shonte’ dedicated her life to studying and researching the importance of health and fitness.

She realized in order to combat any health risks, one must discern the balance between exercise and nutrition. Shonte’ knew in order to create a healthy body it would take dedication, resilience and a commitment to making lifestyle changes.

Before joining Fit Body Boot Camp, Shonte’ graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. After over 20 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, Shonte’ decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her passion in health and fitness. Shonte’s aim is to equip Residents of MetroWest with an Unstoppable Fitness Formula that allows anyone to create a fitness and nutrition plan geared towards their lifestyle. Whether your goal is to have a beach body or be ready to climb Mt. Everest, Shonte’s mission is to help guide you through your journey to ensure you reach your goal(s) successfully.

In life, we all have a desire to rise from our current conditions in order to ascend to the next level. However, it’s up to each one of us to compliment that disposition with real initiative. Here at MetroWest FBBC, we create a training environment tailored with a nutrition program that motivates and empowers individuals to challenge themselves in a fun and pleasing way.
