Hi. My name is Brittney Williams. I am a certified Turbulence Trainer as well as Kettlebell certified. I am extremely passionate about helping Charleston residents achieve their fitness and fat loss results. In fact, if you’re looking for a Charleston boot camp- this is the place for you.
All my life I have been active, whether it be in athletics or spending time outdoors. However, I began to struggle with my weight from my teenage years and on. Perhaps you can relate. I continued to put on weight throughout college and lost control. I had no idea how to stop it. At that point in my life I knew I needed a change.
I began studying fitness and graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2011. Since then I have worked with people all over Charleston area in helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Over the years I have tried many different styles of training for clients. Last year I discovered Fit Body Boot Camp and their combination of resistance training with high intensity interval training. The unstoppable fitness formula that Fit Body Boot Camp implements along with the energy and motivation gives boot camp members results like never before.
